HONDA WORLD is an Equal Opportunity Employer The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.
Responsibilities

• Rapid response to customer inquiries via internet and phone.
• Project a friendly, helpful demeanor while communicating with guests.
• Work in coordination with the BDC staff in a team-oriented setting, the goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
• Processing both in-bound and out-bound phone calls to distribute information effectively.
• Partner with BDC management/Sales Management as required to meet customer expectations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Self-motivated
• Team-oriented
• Prior experience preferred, not required.
