Honey Bee Cleaning Services LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Assistant Near Chicago, IL
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting.
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
- Make ready units for move-ins.
- Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair or replace HVAC systems.
- Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
- Complete grounds work such as grounds pickups, sweeping, light landscaping, leaf removal, snow removal etc.
- Coordinate special projects as directed.
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or buildings.
- Cleans common areas, floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Reliable Transportation
- Mobile Device with cellular data
- Must be somewhat agile since sometimes you may have to work on hands and knees.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Carpentry skills and experience are necessary
