Position Summary:
The Construction Estimator will be responsible for Estimating and Pre-Construction for a variety of commercial and government construction projects. Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and quantity take-offs
  • Preparing and managing bid packages
  • Scheduling
  • Cost control
  • Managing RFI
  • Subcontractor management
  • Obtains pricing for materials
  • Client relations
  • Procurement
  • Bid analysis and quality control
Requirements:
  • 5 plus years' commercial estimating experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
  • Takeoff Experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • commercial or industrial project experience preferred
