About The PositionAs a Parts and Reconditioning Manager, you will oversee the get-ready process from vehicle acquisition to front-line ready. You will be responsible for ordering parts, opening and closing repair orders/ p.o's, dispatching work, and getting approval from an Inventory Manager to perform the recommended work. Quality vehicles ensure the customer experiences The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™. HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Parts and Reconditioning Manager and the customer!

- Previous experience in a dealership or large service center
- Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) service guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or business administration preferred
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with service management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
