Requirements/Responsibilities
- Management experience
- CDA or 2 year Early Childhood degree preferred
- Effective verbal and written communications skills with Staff, Parents and Children
- Goal orientated with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to delegate responsibilities
- Positive attitude is a must
- Must stay up-to-date on all Mandated Trainings for State Licensed Child Care facilities as directed by the DOE as well as all company trainings weather on site during work hours or off site after normal business hours.
