The main function of this position is to perform preventivemaintenance and provide technical support or basic troubleshooting to Honeywellcustomers.

These customers will havevarious products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, lifesafety, fire, and security systems categories as well as their associatedcomputer systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tests on equipment and escalate issues found accordingly
  • Verify system functionality and report out accordingly
  • Promote, build, and maintain good customer relationships while keeping supervisor informed of system status and actual / potential customer issues
  • Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations
  • Proper use of safety personal protection equipment
  • Security and other clearances as required by customer

The annual base salary or / hourly pay range for this position is $36,000 - $54,000.Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.

  • 6 month of related experience or school equivalent.
