This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced technician skilled in laboratory-grade and prototype sensors build and test, build and test of electronics, and support of test stations as part of our research and development team. The candidate will be involved in technology development projects ranging from first principle demonstrations to near-production ready.

You will work in a mems development and testing lab, and will participate in the development and fabrication of cutting-edge technologies in the field of micro-electrical mechanical systems (MEMS) having a variety of industrial applications. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business results.

The Lead R&D Semiconductor Engineering Technician II, will be expected to follow detailed instructions and keep accurate records, debug errors in operations and keep records of those observations. You will communicate the status of assembly and test work in progress and coordinate work with others on different schedules. You will work on multiple projects during any workday. You will work in a team environment or independently but operating in coordination with the principal investigator and co-workers. Safety/Housekeeping is very important as some devices require following special handling procedures.

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,400 to $92,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
