As a Program Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting and assisting in the management of various programs within the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) business unit.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Las Vegas, Nevada location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs by providing support in project coordination, data analysis, and documentation.

Your contributions will help drive the successful delivery of projects, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the BA business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assistin the coordination and management of various programs within the BA businessunit
  • Monitorproject timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Provideadministrative support, including data analysis, documentation, and reporting
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Contributeto process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency andeffectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ProjectManagement, or a related field
  • Must attain a Bachelor's or Master's degree between May2023 and June 2024 from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have obtaineddegree within 12 months of the date of hire.
  • Strongorganizational and time management skills
  • Excellentattention to detail and accuracy
