As a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A here atHoneywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within the ProductivitySolutions & Services (PSS) business unit. In this role, you will drive thefinancial success of the PSS business unit by developing and executingcomprehensive financial strategies that align with business objectives. Youwill collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams toensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies. Yourexpertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental inidentifying opportunities for business expansion and mitigating financialrisks.

You will report directly to the CFO of PSS and work veryclosely to Director FP&A PSS. You'll work out of our Charlotte, NC locationon a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the PSS business unit byleading the Financial Planning and Analysis function and providing strategicdirection. You will develop and execute comprehensive financial strategiesaligned with PSS business objectives, collaborating with executives andcross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overallbusiness strategies. Your insights and recommendations will drive revenuegrowth, optimize profitability, and minimize costs within the PSS businessunit. Additionally, your financial analysis and forecasting will identifybusiness expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving the Financial Planning and Analysis functionwithin the PSS business unit and supporting the strategic direction
• AOP and Formal Forecasts: preparation and analysis;standardize templates, timeline, process and communicate with stakeholders.Analyze, assess and prepare submissions with PSS finance and CFO
• Drivevarious digitization projects as business requires in adjusting reportingstructures (wall to wall profitability, verticalization)
• Coordinate, communicate and complete monthly financialsforecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow)
• Develop and with finance leaders execute sustainable workingcapital improvement with key stakeholders
• Drivestronger controls around Fixed Cost controls
• Supporting in the development and execution of thecomprehensive financial strategies aligned with PSS business objectives
• Collaborating with executives and cross-functional teamsto ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies
• Providing insights and recommendations to drive revenuegrowth, optimize profitability, and minimize costs within the PSS business unit
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to identifybusiness expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks
