As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 4here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficientshipment and receipt of goods within our supply chain. You will be responsiblefor coordinating and executing shipping and receiving activities, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness. Your attention to detail and organizational skillswill be essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing logisticsprocesses.
In this role, you will impact theefficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. Your ability toaccurately ship and receive goods will contribute to customer satisfaction andoverall business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and oversee freight shipping operations.
• Coordinate transportation methods and select cost-effective options.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Utilize SAP ERP to track and monitor shipments.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Lift up to 30 lbs
