Work closely withmarketing and product management, General Managers, Finance, and the salesorganization. To maximize the profitability of the business by systematicallyemploying key pricing levers. You will manage the pricing and reimbursementstrategies for current and future projects and service engagements. You willanalyze market drivers and competition to determine the price of excitingcustomer projects. You will deliver financial impact by collaborating withdifferent stakeholders and developing new methods to evaluate projectprofitability. As part of your role you’ll collaborate with subject matterexperts in the Services business and the commercial leadership team of BuildingAutomation.
Reporting toDirector Pricing for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) the Pricing
Manager will bepart of the HBS Pricing team, primarily supporting the Services line of business.
Job Scope

  • Partner with business leaders to expand margins, improve Win Rate and drive value selling price recommendations to grow the customer order book
  • Deliver financial impact by deploying best-in-class pricing tools and pricing frameworks to aid decision-making across Service types
  • Systematically deploy the pricing levers (Value, Pass-through, Formula, Transactional). Report monthly results and improvement actions.
  • Provide direction and assistance to the business regarding all the pricing related activities
  • Leverage business and pricing acumen to identify and execute pricing opportunities and to support world class pricing operations
  • Identify price improvement opportunities that positively impact the P&L
  • Provide market pricing insights and inflation trends from industry recognized sources
  • Implement, track and report changes to Schedule of Executive Approval policy
  • Take on ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
