The Senior ProductionScheduling Coordinator will arrange and track completion of new, repaired,overhauled, and re-used serviceable parts needed for aviation turbine repairand overhaul (R&O) in our Military Repair & Overhaul Center (MROC) orCommercial Auxiliary Power Unit (CAPU) value stream. You will be responsiblefor evaluating shortages, implementing production plans, ensuring on-timedelivery of products, engaging with repair cells, and optimizing inventorylevels. Your daily efforts will directly contribute to the success of our aerospaceR&O operations. You will report directly to our Sr. Materials &Planning Manager, and work onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona location near SkyHarbor airport on a 5X8 weekday work schedule.
In this role, you will facilitatefactory-floor operations by ensuring all needed parts are marshaled and staged ontime. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to materials readinesswith customer requirements. You must also recognize and proactively offsetshortages, and optimize inventory levels. You will work alongside a team ofpeer Planners, Coordinators and Material Handlers execute the weekly materialsprovisioning plan using our SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Regularengagement other team members from the Honeywell Aerospace Technologies SkyHarbor R&O site will be the norm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• “Clear Gate-2” materials shortages in order to send parts to the floor for completion for our APU value streams.
• Coordinate production schedule and plans.
• Maintain and achieve team scoreboard objectives.
• Attend daily Tier Meetings to report status, identify barriers and drive schedule on time to customer needs.
• Update ERP system continually to reflect accurate production order status and material shortages
• Solve problems independently and ensure materials are in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
• Engage and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of materials and production plans with customer requirements.
• Help develop standard work to implement materials planning and scheduling best practices.
• As a non-exempt, indirect employee, you will work onsite, 5 days per week, with opportunity for weekday and Saturday paid overtime on a regular basis.
