Honeywell is seeking an ambitious Sr Production Scheduler to join the Tempe Repair & Overhaul team. You will report directly to the Tempe R&O Materials Leader with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate production scheduling and materials coordinating skills as an integral part in the success of the company. As a Sr Production Scheduler, you will perform production scheduling, material coordinating and resolve tactical material shortages for your assigned business or channels. You will utilize tools such as SAP, Tableau and Microsoft Excel to maximize material clears by scheduling and coordinating incoming supply of materials, inventory and work in process (WIP) to meet business objectives for revenue and working capital. You will analyze incoming customer orders and WIP to identify risks and shortages and cross-functionally collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Operations to drive resolution. You will participate in process improvement projects and become immersed within a continuous improvement culture. Job Responsibilities: Drive material clears to meet team and site objectives for revenue, customer satisfaction and working capital Maximize material clears by scheduling and coordinating incoming supply of materials, inventory and prioritizing work in process (WIP) Identify, promote awareness of and drive resolution to tactical material shortages Partner with procurement, engineering, quality and operations to resolve material constraints Schedule and maintain completion dates for orders held for materials Participate in process improvement projects and become immersed within a continuous improvement culture Manage Red, Yellow, Green, Blue (RYGB) process to meet demand and meet min/max AOP inventory Support annual inventory reconciliation Support site to solve escalations and achieve metrics Meet KPI's for supply - OTFP, OTTR, Past Due, Site Inventory U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. Basic Qualifications: SAP knowledge and use Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills English language preferable Minimum of 2 years cumulative experience operations planning/scheduling, materials coordinating, inventory management, materials management or equivalent Desirable Qualifications: Associate or Bachelors Degree in a related operations management, supply chain management or equivalent 3 years cumulative experience operations planning/scheduling, materials coordinating, inventory management, materials management or equivalent Experience using Microsoft Excel Lookup functions (Vlookup, Hlookup, Xlookup, Index Match) Experience using Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables Experience working with large amounts of data Scheduling and coordinating experience Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers Additional Information JOB ID: HRD231702 Category: Integrated Supply Chain Location: 1300 W Warner Rd.,Tempe,Arizona,85284,United States Exempt Due to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident or have protected status.
