Advanced Data Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. in Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities: 

• Development of Big Data Projects with cloud storage management activities, data ingestion, data management, data extraction and visualization and support for execution of predictive modeling activities. 
• Also implement advanced Analytics and ML projects using Big Data Technologies. Work with Data Science and Analytics Team to understand production implication of the solutions they are developing. 
• Develop, test, execute and operate scripts and complex data transformation logics using Spark/Scala/Python and query tools including Hive, SQL, NoSQL Perform advanced data engineering activities in Cloud data lake using Databricks and various Azure cloud offerings. 
• Develop advanced analytical models using Machine Learning Libraries in Spark using Python, Scala and R. 
• Develop models using IOT Tools and Services which includes Microsoft Azure, Apache Cloud Services, BitBucket etc.
• Install, configure, test and operate automation tools. 
• Create automation tools which can be integrated in the Build Process (CI/CD) to optimize faster implementation of Analytical Models. 
• Use Cloud Services to implement the models using CICD tools like Bamboo and Octopus to build and deploy. 
• Work with different business groups within Honeywell to identify advanced analytical use cases those which have the scope to productize. 
• Manage production analytic environment and work with Honeywell IT Organization to develop, support and maintenance strategies for development, QA and Production Environments. 
• Tuning analytics for model and data engineering optimizations. 
• Adhere to Agile methodologies for Product Life Cycle Management which includes actively participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Tracking Activities in Jira. 
• Develop business visualization of Analytical Model Outputs and Predictions using Visualization Tools.
