Establishand drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business needsfor the Honeywell Aerospace Trading (HAT) group as per the Annual OperatingPlan and Strategic Plan. You will lead a team of procurement and logisticprofessionals in an aftermarket setting to achieve lowest total cost, reducedworking capital, and help drive revenue execution as the integrated supplychain (ISC) focal partner for the HAT business team. In this scope of spend,you will be responsible for compliance to established procurement requirementsand business policies to include export/import regulations. You will alsorepresent ISC for reporting in HAT monthly operating reviews.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support execution of monthly revenue goals in accordance with the annual plan for HAT (Honeywell Aerospace Trading)
• Right and fast execution of strategies for business growth and new product introductions
• Hands on manager leading a team of buyers and logistics specialist to manage category and commodity strategies in an aftermarket environment
• Build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Manage and comply to sourcing processes and performance through an effective management operating system
• Participate and present in HAT monthly operating reviews on behalf of Integrated Supply Chain
• Manage organizational effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformation
• Travel to select trade shows for relationship building (less than 10% travel overall)
