Lead the highest visibility HR projects across Honeywell. You will oversee a portfolio of strategic programs involving the transformation of human resources. You will deliver critical projects on budget and on time, achieving measurable savings and promote engagement amongst senior internal and external stakeholders across the organization. You will be accountable for leading multiple high-level project managers across regions. You will build talent and ensure delivery of your function's project portfolio to the project management organization leadership team. You will lead and management operating system that drives the systems and processes to support a large project portfolio globally.
