honeywell2-pilot is Hiring a Director - Talent Digital Solutions Near Charlotte, NC

Honeywell is looking for a Director -Talent Digital Solutions in our HR Services and Digital Solutions Organization. This role is hosted within theCorporate HR shared service team and is responsible for owning the product roadmapfor all talent management systems.
This role will partner closely with theFunctional Talent COE, Enterprise IT, HR Operations,Business Excellence and Data Analytics team(s) to deliver an enhanced talentexperience.
This role will be responsible for gatheringbusiness requirements, prioritizing initiatives, informing & influencing decisionsas the SME on product roadmap, as well as, executing on strategic programs. Theteam’s products and services are designed to support Honeywell employee population.This role will need to find the right balance between compliance, innovation, operationalefficiency, process/technology standardization, product rationalization, andresource optimization.
As Director – Talent Digital Solutions,you will provide strategic leadership to achieve business objectives andprovide leadership to a globally distributed team. You will be responsible for thedevelopment of the digital roadmap for all talent systems, which in turn will enhancethe overall business value, enable talent transformation(s) and improve the customerexperience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for Talent Acquisition (ATS, CRM) and Talent Management (Performance, Development, Training, Learning) solutions
  • Work as a liaison between key stakeholders in HR, Legal, IT, Talent COE, Vendors, Digital HR and HR Operations team(s)
  • Drive continuous improvements and upgrades to stay ahead of current technology trends
  • Influence and develop leaders
  • Evaluate current technology trends, as appropriate, and drive the supplier selection RFP process in partnership with IT and Procurement
  • Monitor and measure current solution performance to ensure all solutions are operating effectively
  • Direct critical initiatives and drive enhancements of the process orders
  • Consult and advise senior leaders on best practices and methodologies for talent tools
  • Ensure project planning is aligned to the annual strategic planning process
  • Oversee project implementation by defining and establishing goals, operating governance processes, metrics management, and success indicators
  • Work with the Talent COE in prioritizing projects to achieve business outcomes within the set timelines and cost constraints
