We currently have an opportunity for a Sustainability Break Through Initiative BTI Leader to Develop Go-to-Market Strategies for Sustainability and Energy globally.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of highly motivated technology and commercial individuals focused on creating sustainability solutions for HBT’s customers
• Develop product roadmap and value proposition aligned to specific market needs and Go-To-Market approach
• Drive product development to expand portfolio offerings in close coordination the vertical and GBE Technology teams. Identifying and forging partnerships as needed
• Work with respective stakeholders to drive Demand Generation activities such as Customer demos, Conference Presentations etc.
• Work closely with Government Relations teams to build inroads into US Federal and state governments as well the EU and other key government entities.
• Partner with the sales teams across the globe to develop pipeline and deliver Orders and Revenue commitment for the Sustainability BTI
• Leading and developing a team of highly motivated technology and commercial individuals focused on the BTI
