honeywell2-pilot is Hiring an Offering Management Director Near Atlanta, GA

The Offering Manager Leader, Sustainable Building Technologies to drive the clear Vison for Sustainability product offerings within Honeywell Building Technologies. This individual is responsible for driving the offering vision, ideation and incubation, value propositions, offering launches, tracking & operationalization of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) – including Say/Do, vitality, revenue, gross margin. This Leader will operationalize & manage every product aspect of the product from conceptualization to launch, and work to ensure its market success. In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to create strong working relationships and influence within HBT & also alignment with corporate across different offerings of SBT. The role is in Atlanta, GA and will report to the Sr. Director Offering Management Leader – Sustainable Building Technologies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Product management and product life cycle expertise with a proven track record of delivering next generation solutions.
  • Proven track record of new product launches, in market success, and scaling a business in both Hardware and Software.
  • Strong technical competency and diversity, confident in contemporary software practices, open source, data management, analytics, platforms, IoT, and “as a service” solutions.
  • General business, sales, and engineering acumen with a solid understanding of budgets, business models, and agile development.
  • Tracking & managing to deliver the AOP, offering Say/Do, Roadmap management, Vitality etc.
  • Ability to lead and manage in a matrixed organization delivering on time, on budget, and on spec with a history of outpacing market performance.
  • Experience with MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach – experience introducing basic features to the get the attention of the customer. Then releasing the final product/products to the market after getting sufficient feedback from these customers.
  • Experience driving enterprise Cultural changes into Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience in developing the value propositions.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills with a keen sense for problem solving and agility.
  • High energy, passionate performer, that inspires and motivates others.
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, diversity and inclusion.
  • Relevant domain experience in Honeywell’s BMS markets or Sustainability domain is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with different LOBs of SBT and HBT GBEs to develop & help in executing the clear Value Proposition.
  • Ensuring to develop an MOS along with PMO to make sure we deliver the Say/Do, Vitality, Revenue and Margin.
  • Working with Corp team to ensure that SBT Value proposition is well understood.
  • Engaging and collaborating with other business like PMT & SPS product strategy are well aligned with SBT & GTM for those offerings are well defined.
  • Defining and developing the product road map for the Sustainable Building Technology.
  • Being accountable for roadmap, product lifecycle and product management processes.
  • Managing day-to-day product management activities and shared learnings, best practices and cross business synergies.
  • New product innovation and delivery against an annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Discovering and implementing new funding models to support the growth.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, other GBEs (especially Building Management Systems, Projects & Services), Connected Leadership, and key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
