Offering Management Leader

As an Offering Manager you will oversee the entire product life cycle—from the ideation through development, pricing, delivery, and support of the offering in the market. This will involve Developing and implementing the product roadmap to drive revenue, orders, and margins for the business.You will work in a cross functional environment for driving product development and lifecycle management to support both the internal sales team as well as the customers.

In this role you will partner closely with the sales, engineering, and customer support teams to develop plans to consistently identify new product introduction opportunities with successful implementation of such plans.You will conduct product launches and growth activities, meet with the customers, and potentially conduct user group sessions to increase sales as well as capture product changes that will contribute to the performance of a product. Other responsibilities will include:

·Partner effectively with customers and driving new solution opportunities

·Partner with cross-functional teams, drive product knowledge, and identify new solutions (hardware and software) leveraging other Honeywell products

·Partner with external technology vendors for integrated roadmaps, joint Go-To-Market (GTM), and agile-response relationship for sales and support

·Responsible for communicating plans for the overall program to the leadership

·Partnering with Commercial and Sales leader to visit customer, tradeshows, and other events to identify new solution opportunities

·Execute product strategy

·Manage customer relationship

·Identify business opportunities

·Develop new product initiatives

·Drive sales support partnering

·Network within industry
