Join a highly talentedand motivated team of customer business and advanced development programprofessionals to direct and lead Honeywell’s most exciting vertical lift engines& subsystems development portfolio of programs; the Future Long-Range AssaultAircraft (FLRAA) program. FLRAA is comprised of the next generation advancedturboprop HTS7500 Engine development along with several key propulsion &avionics subsystems selected by Boeing for the FLRAA Defiant X platform. Thesestrategic and highly visible programs are within Honeywell’s Aerospace DefenseOEM SBU (DOEM) portfolio. This exciting role will provide opportunities to showcaseyour Tier 1 program management skills and to grow your career into futureexecutive business leadership roles. More specifically, in partnership with theEngines and Power Systems SBU you will own and direct the execution of the HTS7500/714Cmulti-year development with focus on managing the overall customer businessrelationships as well as managing and directing the associated FLRAA subsystemsprograms.
Reporting to the BoeingCustomer Business Team leader and the program’s strategic leaders you will havefull FLRAA portfolio P&L responsibility, manage a team of program managers,project engineers, and support staff, as well as be the primary customerinterface. Day to day responsibility to execute development program contractsof significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost,delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of programmanagement skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (offunctions and Centers of Excellence) including global development program teamsthat may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiringcoordination of technology development and production across locations.
You will define,generate & implement program plans across SBU’s, GBE, and CBT’s.
You must demonstratecomprehensive knowledge of the product development life cycle and a provenability to drive on-time, on-budget, and in-scope execution of Tier 1 productdevelopment programs using earned value methodologies.
