Senior Director, Corporate Strategy

Corporate Strategy is a critical and highly visible teamfocused on the top global priorities for Honeywell. The team engages deeply oncorporate and select business unit initiatives, including strategy development,growth opportunities, and portfolio assessment.

The role is responsible for creating top-level businessstrategies, backed by rigorous quantitative analysis and qualitative insights,and aligning Honeywell strategies to investment and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Define growth and competitive advantage opportunities by identifying technology trends, portfolio integration and expansion opportunities and business model evolution
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute on growth and margin expansion opportunities, constructively challenging “where to play” and “how to win” choices
• Continue to evolve strategy, business, and go-to-market capabilities by being a “player-coach” on critical projects
• Manage several people in the Corporate Strategy team, balancing projects and workload
• Leverage experience in strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development
