Our specialty practice is looking for a talented person to join our team. This a great opportunity to use your customer service, people and computer skills. As the office assistant, you will be the key to ensure that every person walking through the doors or calling has a great first impression of this company. Also, have a positive attitude and a smile.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients/visitors
- Verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorization
- Answering multi-line phone
- Schedule and confirm office appointments
- Prepare charts and reports
- Collecting payments
- Maintain of office supplies
- Perform other reception duties as necessary
Required Education and Qualifications:
- 1 year of dental or medical front desk receptionist experience
- High School diploma
- Dentrix and/or TDO experience preferred
- Demonstated experience of proper, safe, efficient use of current office equipment/software
- Possess a professional polish
- Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience
