At Honor and Fire, our mission is to equip entrepreneurial families to build wealth, become radically generous, and engineer a family culture that changes the world.
We have built a unique platform, WarPlan Ai, that combines high impact business software with quality education and coaching for small service-based businesses.
As an Activation Maverick, the paycheck, while really good, is a by-product. You are here to equip small business owners with the tools they need to win the battle.
This isn’t a joke to you.
You understand that small business owners go to battle everyday hoping and praying that their business will provide what their families need.
It’s a grind, it’s a struggle, and you feel almost called to help them and show them there is a better way. You want to bring as many business owners as you can into our Activation Engine to participate in our programs, engage in our community, and enhance their business through our software.
While the software is brain breakingly epic, what is more important is that we give these business owners the oxygen and community they need as they battle for their lives and help them transform their most precious resource, their marketing.
To us, marketing is everything and everything is marketing. You understand that a business owner that has been fighting for so long and is losing hope about what their business can do for their family is unacceptable for us! They need to know the WarPlan Way and it is your job to tell them.
COMPENSATION
As a 1099 contractor, it doesn’t matter if you are experienced in sales or just starting out, anyone that joins a new business should expect good onboarding and training and some new ways adjustments.
That’s right, perfect humans and robots need not apply here because they don’t work here either that’s right AI...
So, we want to make sure that we cover some basic financial needs while you get ramped up in the role. That seems only fair to us, and we hope that you will agree.
Once we are feeling in the groove with you, within the first 30 days, we will turn on the ability to have an uncapped monthly commission that rewards high performance and turn down the minimum compensation.
For a reference point, our average products are priced at about $3,000 and we offer a 10% commission on each sale you would make.
An average Maverick should be able to close at least 40 sales each month, but we know you are not average. We will let you do the math of what that could look like for you and your potential earnings.
But, since we are launching our first formal sales team, in a gesture of you helping us to build a robust sales process, we want to offer an additional 2% on commissions.
But this will go back down once we have a solid sales team base. (Action takers are money makers!)
We also like healthy competition here, so every month we have a competition amongst the sales team where the winner will receive additional incentives and / or bonuses. (Go team!)
You also get to have a competition against yourself where if you meet certain levels of performance for the entire quarter, you are eligible for quarterly bonuses throughout the year.
Plus a few other things we are working on behind the scenes that we can talk about during the interview. (Go you!)
Between 3-6 months if things are moving really well, we want to offer the potential of transitioning away from a 1099 contractor role to a full-time employee role.
This could be really nice for some people that want access to health benefits and other nice perks. We are a people driven company, we want to do the best we can to take care of our people, because without our people, our company is meaningless. (People first!)

You are a driver. You don’t need anyone to tell you what needs to be done. You set a target and you go after it. You want new customers, and you understand that this is more than a sales process, this is changing the behaviors of people to see a whole new world of business.
It is almost a moral obligation to help them, and you need the world to know about what we do here.
You understand that the work is more than you and you know there is a whole team behind you to help you be better.
You not only accept it, you ask for it!
You have a high ethical and moral code, meaning you are not going to sacrifice a relationship to make a sale, even if that might hurt your metrics.
You know long term metrics are what help you have the greatest short term metric success.
Like we said, imperfect people are not allowed to work here. But we also expect you to be a good human in how you act and treat others.
That means, when someone is doing something well or right, tell them! When things can get better, figure out what can go better, come up with some ideas of how to fix it, and then share the ideas with your team.
If you are doing something that can be better, other people will tell you. Choose not to be offended! We are all here to make this the best business it can be and everyone has room to grow.
