We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager in building envelope restoration to join our architectural firm. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience, a strong background in managing restoration projects, and a positive attitude that can resolve most, if not all issues that arise during the course of a construction project. Responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control, as well as coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in managing restoration projects for historical buildings
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of preservation techniques and materials
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
