We are looking for a billing specialist in the Carson City NV Location.
Post Cast to Accounts Receivable accounts/ cash application
pay invoices
Billing for daily shipments
Support accountants in daily tasks
scanning and filing
Issue daily shipment report
tax calculations for filing with State entities
Monthly/ Quarterly
Journal entries for cash application, accounts payable, depreciation
AP, AR, Cash reconciliations
Skills:
Excel experience including pivot tables, V Lookups
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
