Customer Enabling will support routine customer enabling activities of the application access management process and will help execute well established customer service activities with regards to access high risk applications , confirmation, processing, and fulfilment. In this role, you will assist in achieving streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote a seamless customer experience.
Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the application access internal process and work with other functions and customer facing customer service representatives to take corrective actions as directed.
Follow established procedures and assist in updating internal stakeholders on request status and any issues.
Support the generation of application access related documents as outlined in established processes.
Support resolution for simple administrative or clerical process issues that follow already defined procedures related to application access confirmation, processing and fulfilment.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent *Two years of related work experience. Intermediate level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) Preferred Qualifications Experience with queries and relational databases *Excel advanced use (macros, filters, and pivot tables)
