Family owned and operated HVAC and Plumbing company with an excellent reputation seeking a qualified Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative. Qualified candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate well with homeowners and co-workers, must have an excellent phone presence, and experience answering a multi-line phone system. Also have a good understanding of computer programs.

Duties include but not limited to helping dispatch by answering incoming calls, helping schedule service appointments when necessary, confirming appointments, when necessary, customer follow up, and assist with all general office duties.

Experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry is not required, but preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
