We're seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our team members. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with top management to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the overall success of our firm.
Responsibilities
• Partner with firm leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm's goals and core values.
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Lead and create initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency top the hiring and HR processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• SHRM certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
