Hoop Brothers is a basketball video production company. Our mission it to maximize our network and expertise in video production as a resource to players, coaches, and organizations to educate, build, and create more exposure around their brands.

We are looking for a results-driven, motivated, and energetic Logistics Administrative Intern who is looking for an opportunity to grow and learn. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the sports industry while also contributing to Hoop Brothers’ next phase of expansion.

The Logistics Administrative Intern will be responsible for:

• Tracking and evaluating videographer performance
• Monitoring and managing videographer expense budgets
• Tracking and managing editor expense budgets
• Hiring videographers for event assignments
• Organizing and managing footage collected from videographers after events

Specific Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive/Docs/Sheets
• Experience with logistics and administrative tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build productive and positive relationships
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Embraces a culture of rapid growth and learning
• Passion for basketball and understanding of its nuances

Our Logistics Administrative Intern will have a community-first mindset with the skills to grow and expand our community. Knowledge and love of the game of basketball are a must! We expect our Logistics Administrative Intern to be motivated and comfortable to consistently complete and improve our strategies and to be excited about participating in training and professional development opportunities. This person will embrace collaboration and will work closely with the leadership team, other interns, and directly with the admin manager for 1-on-1 experience.

About You:

• Proficient in managing and organizing orders on platforms like Monday.com
• Experience in sending out final orders to customers
• Skilled in billing for online and onsite orders
• Competent in completing detailed sales reports
• Capable of overseeing email inboxes effectively
• Experienced in building networks, especially with college coaches for recruiting
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships with potential partners

Unpaid Internship Calendar: Dates to be discussed. College credit available. Adjusted start and end dates are available for special cases. 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling). The internship is ran on a project by project base with specific projects assigned, deadlines to finalize but flexibility on when you contribute to these projects as long as deadlines are met. Perfect schedule flexibility for students or anyone juggling multiple responsibilities outside of this internship.
