Urgent Recovery Center:
HOPE is very excited about the expansion of our Urgent Recovery Center (URC). Our (URC) is a place of stabilization providing an emergency assessment and intensive support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis. The URC setting allows individuals 18 and over to de-escalate from a crisis state in a safe therapeutic environment. With a goal of resolving the immediate crisis and stabilizing at the lowest level possible, services may also include meals/showers, detox screening, case management/peer services, and emergency medication. The URC is staffed 24/7/365 with a multidisciplinary team of a prescriber, nurse, licensed behavioral health practitioner, and peers with lived experience similar to the population served.

SUMMARY
The URC Coordinator assists with the coordination and administration of the Urgent Recovery Center Team. The URC Team consists of Team Lead Therapists, Nurses, PRSS/MHT staff, Mobile Crisis Case Managers and Mobile Crisis PRSS staff. The URC Coordinator assists with the coordination of client services, floating as needed for PRSS/MHT or MC CM vacancies, TEAMS scheduling, inventory, ordering for the Urgent Recovery Center, and collection of Mobile Crisis receipts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for maintaining TEAMS scheduling system and staffing for PTO and sick leave coverage.
Maintains weekly perishable and non-perishable inventory, order requests, and deliveries through Sam’s, Amazon, etc. Coordinate weekly standard ordering through the accounting department.
Acts as a floater for PRSS, MHT, or Case Management vacancies in the URC or Mobile Crisis Team, as directed, to provide essential services for clients. Meets agency requirements for documentation and performance standards.
Will collect all receipts, make sure that staff have signed and dated, and deliver to Accounting.
Coordinator will assist URC/MC Director and Supervisor with various administrative needs such as but not limited to data reports, team emails, and communication logs.
Participates in HOPE Leadership Team Meetings and acts as a member of leadership for the agency.
Responsible for maintaining strictest confidentiality guidelines for interactions regarding client and family information.
Responsible for seeking out supervisory assistance for additional training to enhance skill set as needed.
Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with the URC/MC Director, Supervisor, and peers. Can effectively work within a team or group setting cohesively.
Adheres to agency policy and procedures, CARF and DHMSAS standards and criteria, federal and state confidentiality rules and regulations, and any special funding source requirements.
Supports and promotes a service environment for individual in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of individuals who may have experienced trauma in their lives.
May be required to work evening or weekend hours, due to shift vacancies, training needs, or oversight needs.
May be required to provide services in a community setting.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides oversight and training for PRSS, MHT, and CM staff providing services within the URC/MC Program. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, orientation and training employees, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
CM II certification or a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field, with inpatient or crisis experience, and leadership experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Required to obtain and maintain DMHSAS CMII Certification
May be required to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certifications
Required to complete Therapeutic Options or approved safety training and annual updates
To transport clients in agency vehicles, individual must possess current & valid Oklahoma license and meet HOPE insurance requirements. HOPE will annually obtain a copy of Motor Vehicle Report from the Department of Public Safety.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents such as simple instructions, standards and criteria, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, correspondence and, CMII documentation in ECHO chart. Ability to speak effectively with other agencies and employees. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to families, clients, and other employees of the organization, and community partners.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to seek out supervisory assistance for additional training when needed and make application of techniques or other skills to meet essential job duties and responsibilities.

Ability to relate to persons with severe mental illness in a positive, helpful, and constructive manner. Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationship with employees, co-workers, and other agencies.
