```Duties```
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely reminders
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on office procedures and software systems
- Medical billing and payment collection for insurance clientele
```Experience```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using EHR and scheduling software
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and google docs
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Ability to plan and execute events of various sizes with attention to detail
- Familiarity with file management systems, both physical and electronic
- Previous experience supervising administrative staff is a plus
- Training development experience is desired
