Professional development over first year of employment with a Faith-based: (AODA) focus, comprehensive hands-on training, and 50 hours of online learning.

As an part-time Women's Resident Advisor Assistant (RA2 ~4pm-8:00pm), you will be responsible for:

· Leading a healthy community atmosphere in the women’s facility.

· Being a champion of the care for our residents.

· Handling all of the details of checking in and checking out residents in our program.

· Preparing new residents for their stay at the mission.

· Overseeing medications for residents in compliance with medication policy.

· Assisting residents with finding rides when necessary.

· Making sure residents are following their assigned schedules.

· Communicating important details with other staff members so that no residents fall through the cracks.

· Keeping the home safe through the training we provide.
