The Pool/Cabana Bartender is responsible for providing excellent food & beverage service to members at the pool and cabana areas. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, ensuring members have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will be efficient, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure drinks are presented attractively and served promptly.
• Food Service: Take accurate food orders and serve throughout pool complex.
• Member Interaction: Greet members promptly, take food and drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Address any member complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including countertops, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies. Report any shortages or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume or poolside environment.
• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of drink recipes and beverage products. Basic understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

• Work is performed in an outdoor pool/cabana environment.
