With therapy centers across the United States, including Indian Trail, NC, Hopebridge offers behavioral diagnosis and applied behavioral analysis (ABA), occupational, feeding, and speech treatments in center, home, and school settings. Our experienced staff specializes in treating neurological, genetic, sensory processing, and feeding disorders, as well as language delays and behavioral concerns. We are committed to providing individualized care and helping children reach their full potential.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at our Indian Trail, NC location. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, implementing behavior strategies, providing parent education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training and supervising behavior technicians, and monitoring progress.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management
  • Knowledge of psychology and child development
  • Strong observation and assessment skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in parent education and collaboration
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
