Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at our Indian Trail, NC location. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, implementing behavior strategies, providing parent education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training and supervising behavior technicians, and monitoring progress.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management
- Knowledge of psychology and child development
- Strong observation and assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in parent education and collaboration
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
