Hopewell is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor Near Waltham, MA

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team! $3,000 Signing Bonus! In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to social work staff providing these services and may provide direct service to children and youth as needed. In addition, the supervisor develops and maintains productive working relationships with public and private agency partners, and participates in planning and carrying out program design and development as needed.
You will assist the Program Director in ensuring that the program is organized and operates effectively to achieve program goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops training programs for foster parents and social work staff in partnership with the director.
  • Provide high-quality evaluations and individual and group clinical services.
  • Provide focused leadership, support, and supervision for clinical staff within the team.
  • Responsible for the supervision of staff and interns across two locations (Andover & Roxbury)
  • Ensure that clinical services are being delivered and documented in accordance with the agency’s clinical philosophy and all licensing and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide and document supervision to clinicians related to specific team specialties, including monthly clinical meetings for clinicians.
  • Under the emergency shelter home program, ensure staff members participate in 72-hour and 30-day meetings and 14-day placement reviews.
Requirements:
  • Master’s required In Human Services field;
  • Independently Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT)
  • Five years’ experience in providing direct services to clients preferably in a placement setting
  • A valid MA State Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting working with children, adolescents, and families with severe behavioral, social, and emotional difficulties
  • Computer proficiency including the ability to work with email and word-processing software
  • Bilingual in Spanish/Bicultural candidates is a HUGE plus!
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Ability to make decisions, direct others, and support them clinically
  • Empathy and desire to work with youth and families
  • Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability, resourcefulness, and professionalism
