The pay scale varies from $23.00-$27.00/hr ($56.8K-$66.6K)! Leaders are expected to work a 45-hour work week, or less depending on your needs. We want you to have the time to spend with your friends and family doing the things you love, while also making good money.

- Work a minimum of 20 hours in a leadership (Management) role, or more.
- You are included in the MONTHLY bonus structure.
- Supplement hours in other roles in the restaurant if you’re not interested in full-time management.
