Your role:
You are a Regional Sales Manager with years of experience having expanded, managed, and upleveled sales teams within high-growth environments. At HopSkipDrive, you will lead a team of 6-10 Regional Account Managers to maintain and grow client relationships as well as drive new revenue growth across assigned regions. This role is pivotal in shaping the success and strategic direction of HopSkipDrive’s sales efforts and offers substantial leadership and career growth opportunities within the company.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 a year plus commission, with an expected OTE (on-target earnings) of approximately $200,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
