Responsibilities include oversight of the Bank's enterprise level financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, management and performance reporting, and modeling. Provide financial expertise and partnership to the Company's executive team and line of business leadership used in decision-making and planning. Prepare and interpret real-time and periodic internal financial reporting, and provide thoughtful, actionable analysis to drive the financial success of the Company.
Principal AccountabilitiesAccountable for the compilation, review and distribution of enterprise-wide internal financial reporting. Prepare financial models and detailed analysis regarding budgeting and forecasting and develop action items to achieve business goals. Provide financial expertise and partnership for potential whole-bank acquisitions and other corporate activities, such as financial analysis, model creation, and other support services needed.
Represent the Bank to both internal and external customers in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face, written and telephone communications.Accountable for adherence to compliance standards including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), as well as quality of documentation and timeliness of assigned projects. Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information. Demonstrate Horizon Bank's commitment to the communities we serve through active involvement in local organizations and events.
