We are in search of an experienced and creative Executive Sous Chef in St. Cloud, MN. This individual will assist the Executive Chef and hold responsibility for the entire culinary operation, providing top-quality food for an upscale casual full-service restaurant, banquets, private dining, and special events. This position is poised for tremendous growth and offers an excellent stepping stone into an amazing organization that likes to promote from within.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annual base salary 100% paid Health Insurance Premiums!

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of a high-volume kitchen
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop a culinary team
• Manage food costs, budgets, schedules, and inventory
• Develop elevated menus for banquets and special events
• Enforce protocols for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

Executive Chef Requirements:

• 3 years of high-volume culinary management experience
• Ability to manage & oversee a large-scale kitchen
• Interact directly with guests daily
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
• Culinary Degree preferred
