We're in search of a Multi-Unit Regional Director for a renowned health-focused quick-service establishment in the Nashville area .
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 plus bonus, comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, parental leave along with optional pet and life insurance. Additionally, the company offers mileage reimbursement, monthly cell phone allowance, monthly gift cards to the establishment along with gym membership contribution.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years of a proven track record leading a multi-unit QSR (at least 5 locations).
2. Resides in Nashville or is willing to relocate at own expense.
3. Experience with leadership and the strategic development of people.
