One of the Kansas City area’s premier country clubs is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for its growing club. Nestled in the heart of the growing suburbs of South Johnson County, this club offers a unique and comfortable atmosphere for all its members, providing an environment in which to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. The Club boasts multiple dining options, a fitness facility, a pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and a world-class championship golf course. This opportunity is ideally suited for a seasoned restaurant general manager or an assistant general manager who is ready to take the next great step in their career.
Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience) plus great benefits and bonus potential.
General Manager Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Quantifiable financial successes in the industry
