We are excited to partner with a beautiful and creative upscale restaurant, seeking an experienced and polished Restaurant Manager to help lead their FOH team in downtown Chicago .

This spectacular, dinner-only restaurant (with the exception of a wonderful Sunday Brunch) is complete with indoor and outdoor dining venues, private dining, and extra attention to its menu, service, and ambiance.

COMPENSATION : Base Salary up to $75,000 plus Medical, dental, vision benefits package, PTO, and much more.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities :

• 5 years experience leading FOH operations in an upscale, fine-dining environment
• Strong finnacial / P&L skills
• Exceptional leadership qualities
• Solid communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve with a guest-first service approach
