Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) Tons of amazing benefits

Relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements :

  • 2 years of upscale dining leadership experience
  • Well-rounded culinary techniques in a variety of cuisines
  • Knife, butchery, and recipe-creation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with a positive attitude

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee kitchen operations and be a mentor to all kitchen employees
  • Manage scheduling, daily ordering, and labor control
  • Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes
  • Works in liaison with the front-of-house management team to ensure efficient restaurant operations
