This position will assist the Executive Chef and hold responsibility for maintaining the balance of the entire culinary operation, providing top-quality food for the restaurant, banquets, and special events. COMPENSATION: Base Salary $60,000 - $65,000 100% paid health insurance premiums!
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 3 years of high-volume culinary management experience
• Ability to manage & oversee a large-scale kitchen
• Ability to interact directly with guests daily
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
• Culinary Degree preferred

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of a high-volume kitchen
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop a culinary team
• Manage food costs, budgets, schedules, and inventory
• Develop elevated menus for banquets and special events
• Enforce protocols for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
