We are seeking a talented General Manager for a select-service hotel located in Eagle County, CO. This hotel offers inviting amenities including large spacious rooms, indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, and on-site spa-quality sauna and steam room. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to join a team of successful hospitality professionals and who is looking for an opportunity that could provide career growth.
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000/yr, health benefits, 401K, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- 5 years of hotel General Manager experience
- Highly skilled with Guest Service and track record of improving Guest Satisfaction scores
- Branded hotel experience (Hilton, Marriott, IHG)
- Ability to build and mentor a thriving team
- Strong Financial and Revenue Management understanding
- Charismatic and presents well
