Horizon House, Inc. of Clearwater is a 15-story condominium style building on Island Way in Clearwater, FL.

We are looking for a reliable person to join our team. This person will perform general cleaning of the common areas of our building. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing the lobby, restrooms, activity, and office spaces.
• Thoroughly vacuum carpeted areas.
• Vacuum and mop ceramic tile floors.
• Washes windows.
• Vacuum furniture as needed.
• Cleans entry areas.
• Maintains a neat and orderly janitors’ room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Assists in examining facilities for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hazardous materials.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.76 - $17.32 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
