We are URGENTLY seeking to hire a Collections Associate for a printing company located in Norcross, GA.

Requirements for Collection Specialist:

- Strong experience and usage wigh MS Office, Word, Excel

- Professional written and verbal communication

- 2 - 5 years collections experience B to B

- Ability to run reports on the progress of Accounts pass due

- Ability to resolve issues (on the phone etc.)

• Input computer information.
• Stay informed of changes in billing procedures that impact process.
• Review invices for accuracy of charges for the collection process.
• Track and research information, notifying Business Office Director of findings
• Will adhere to all safety policies and safe work practice
• Support facility internal and external customer service collection standards.
• Follow company Time and Attendance policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Rate: $15 to $16 hourly.

This is a Temp to Perm Role.

Not on the Busline

Shift: Mon - Fri

Hours: 8am - 5pm
