Job DescriptionPayment processing center for Insurance payment is looking for Mailroom and payment processors: $14.25 hourly temp to hire Hours: 9a tp 6:30p Monday - Friday Job description:
Train how to run the OPEX mail sorter machine.
Learn the daily mail prep processes.
Verifying and confirming customer names and P. O. Box numbers against assigned work tray
Extract and separate mail correspondences (Medical Explanation of Benefits and Auto Insurance Claims) by check payments, credit card payments, and non-payments.
Scan the separated documents on the OPEX scanners.
Data Entry / Keying the scanned data in the Lockbox platform
Prep and file the daily scanned work in secure storage according to workday.
Shred completed work within 14 days business days according to scheduled day.
Skills:
Basic computer skills and data entry skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be cross trained in all aspects of the department.
Ability to focus and concentrate on accuracy.
Ability to reach projected daily goal
