Job description:
- Train how to run the OPEX mail sorter machine.
- Learn the daily mail prep processes.
- Verifying and confirming customer names and P. O. Box numbers against assigned work tray
- Extract and separate mail correspondences (Medical Explanation of Benefits and Auto Insurance Claims) by check payments, credit card payments, and non-payments.
- Scan the separated documents on the OPEX scanners.
- Data Entry / Keying the scanned data in the Lockbox platform
- Prep and file the daily scanned work in secure storage according to workday.
- Shred completed work within 14 days business days according to scheduled day.
- Basic computer skills and data entry skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be cross trained in all aspects of the department.
- Ability to focus and concentrate on accuracy.
- Ability to reach projected daily goal
