We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Client Support: Understand client needs and ensure they are met effectively. Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring that all aspects of the client relationship are functioning smoothly.
- Communication: Facilitate regular communication with clients, including meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on client status and project progress to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client management or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving client satisfaction.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
